Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in driving school improvement, shaping strategic direction and ensuring the very best outcomes for our children. As Deputy Headteacher, you will:

• Provide positive, professional leadership across the school
• Support the Headteacher in both the strategic and operational leadership of the school
• Analyse performance data rigorously to inform planning, intervention and school improvement
• Lead key priorities within the School Development Plan
• Play a central role in staff CPD, appraisal and self-evaluation processes
• Model outstanding classroom practice and maintain a strong teaching presence
