St Peter's CE Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant/ Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning, helping pupils to achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

As a HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and leaders to deliver learning activities, provide targeted support, and lead whole-class learning when required. You will contribute to planning, assessment and the wider life of the academy, ensuring that pupils are engaged, challenged and well supported.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong classroom practice, confidence in leading learning, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. You will be adaptable, proactive and committed to promoting high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.
