About this Role

Required as soon as possible, a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Science Technician to work with our amazing team of Science teachers.

The role is varied and will include preparing materials for classes from Year 7 through to Post 16, undertaking demonstrations, supporting science teachers and students in the classroom and being involved in our weekly after school science club.

This position would suit someone who has studied science to ‘A’ level standard or has a vocational qualification in science.  Equally, a candidate who has completed a Laboratory Technician’s qualification would be ideally qualified to apply.  Candidates who are more highly qualified but looking for a term time job are also most welcome to apply.  It would also be beneficial if the successful candidate was familiar with Health & Safety (CLEAPSS).

You must be able to work on your own initiative, be methodical in your approach, plan ahead and be a good organiser.

To request any of the documents in an accessible format l please contact apply@finhampark.co.uk or call 02477 180000 and select option 2 for HR.
