About this Role

Edenthorpe Hall Academy have an exciting opportunity for a Designated Safeguarding Lead to join their team!


The purpose of the role is to lead safeguarding, child protection and online safety, with the aim of ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of our students is a clear priority and to provide sustainable, high-quality, leadership in order to create a strong culture of safeguarding.

  • A highly effective or aspiring Deputy Safeguarding Lead, who can motivate and encourage colleagues to the shared vision
  • Aligned to our values and mission. If you are the type of person who fits with our culture, you will love working here
  • Someone who passionately believes that all children can achieve, no matter what their starting point, background or needs. Someone that does not make excuses for what children can achieve.
