About this Role

Langley Park Primary School is a school with a caring and supportive ethos, which is a part of the Impact Multi Academy Trust. We hold 7 core values at the heart of all that we do. These are respect, passion, unity, empathy, perseverance, reflection and wonder.

We work to inspire our children to be the best that they can be through role modelling each and every member of the school community as a learner. With a supportive and hardworking team, we are excited about welcoming more practitioners to what is already a special place to work.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to join our thriving team, who are attentive, friendly and enjoy working with children.

 The ideal candidate will:

·       Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Share point, Power point) and must be able to multi-task and deal with all matters confidentially and sensitively

·       Have a positive outlook

·       Be flexible and willing to adapt in order to work as part of a team

·       Be willing to attend relevant training

We can offer:

·       Excellent facilities within a modern building

·       A supportive community of colleagues within the multi-academy trust

        Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)

        Free onsite parking

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all our staff. We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds. We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our pupils learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these.

Impact Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

We reserve the right to interview and appoint upon application so early application is recommended.
