We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience teaching Economics key stage 5, who demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills, has a track record of delivering excellent student outcomes and is passionate about Economics and committed to inspiring young people
At Pinner High School, our pedagogical approach is based on the principles of Rosenshine. All our lessons begin with a do now activity, aimed at recalling knowledge. In addition, a high proportion of students are categorised as higher ability, we therefore expect appropriate challenge in learning. Learning episodes contain challenge tasks in addition to main activities which support the progression of all students. Students often use green pens to self assess work and teachers use expert subject knowledge for assessment for learning.
If you're ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and help shape the future generation, we want to hear from you! Join us in creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment where every student can thrive.
“Lead minds. Shape futures. Inspire the next generation of economists.”
