What the role involves:
  • Provide 1:1 counselling to support students aged 11-18years
  • Create a calm, welcoming therapeutic environment to meet the needs of individual students
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral staff and safeguarding leads
  • Maintain appropriate records in line with school and professional standards
We can offer:
  • 13 weeks a year holiday ( including a 3 week Christmas break)
  • Own therapeutic space
  • Onsite gym for all staff members]
  • Free tea and coffee
  • Onsite parking
  • Regular line management and support

If you are a compassionate, qualified therapist who is passionate about supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing and enjoys bringing creativity and innovation into your practice, we would love to hear from you. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students within a supportive school community that values wellbeing, collaboration and professional expertise.

Join us and help empower young people to thrive both personally and academically.

Please specify in your application/supporting statement whether you are interested in 1 or 2 days (with one of those preferably being a Friday)
