Dedworth Middle School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant team, working with pupils in Year 5-8. If you are confident in front of a class following the teacher’s planning and adept at supporting small groups, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover lessons following the teacher’s plans

• Support small groups of pupils

• Adapt to changing circumstances and needs

• Qualified HLTA

• Strong understanding of inclusion and accessible curriculum

• Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills

• Confidence in leading small intervention groups and covering classes

• Organised, patient, and resilient

• Positive attitude and adaptability

• Team player with the ability to develop positive relationships
