The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a compassionate and diligent Family
Support Worker who has:

Experience of working within a school,
educational or social care environment in a professional capacity (Local
Authority Family and Social Workers most welcome to apply).
●
Demonstrable experience of working with children
and families in a safeguarding or support role (including supporting families
of children with SEND).
●
Caring and compassionate nature to support
families in crisis or with additional needs.
●
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child
protection legislation in education settings.
●
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children,
families, and professionals.
●
Confidence in handling confidential and
sensitive information with care and professionalism to support families in
difficulty.
