About this Role

Following arrangements to cover maternity leave and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a colleague to work as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team from April 2026-March 2027. Eligible staff will have been a Middle Leader (Head of Department, Head of Year) for at least two years.

This role will entail the successful candidate to work within the support and intervention team leading on PSHE for Years 7-13. The successful candidate will support with the implementation of the Positive Behaviour Policy and associated systems as required by the Headteacher.

The role would entail the following:

Leading on PSHE for years 7-13
Attending all SLT meetings (3.30pm-5.00pm on a Monday and 7.45am-8.15am on a Thursday – the end times are approximate).
Carrying out SLT duties
Working flexibly to support the Headteacher’s leadership of the school and current needs.

Teaching load will be modified by discussion with the Headteacher
