The Nursery Assistant will support the Nursery Manager and wider nursery team with the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment, culture, and ethos for children, parents, carers, and staff. This includes assisting with high-quality childcare and learning activities, helping to maintain a well-organised and nurturing learning environment, building positive relationships with families, supporting colleagues as needed, and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery each day.
