 We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed TA to join our friendly team as soon as available.  Our successful candidate will share in our commitment to putting pupil’s needs at the heart of all we do and will support pupils to develop a sense of curiosity, adventure and empathy. 

 The position may involve 1:1 support for SEND pupils as well as learning support within the classroom and across the schoolThe successful applicant will be sensitive to children’s varying needs and be able to work under the guidance of the SENCo and our teaching team. 

 We are looking for the right candidate who: 

 Understands and shows a commitment to safeguarding 

  • Cares passionately about the well-being and progress of all children 

  • Is full of enthusiasm, warmth and energy with a good sense of humour 

  • Is positive and able to work well as part of a team 

  • Is well organised with good communication skills 

  • Will promote the Christian ethos and values of the school 

  • Demonstrates an understanding of/has experience of supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs 

  • Demonstrates an understanding of/has experience of leading small group 1:1 intervention under the direction of the class teacher 

  • Is able to communicate well with colleagues, parents and pupils
