Full Time Salary: £24,796
Actual Salary: £4,216.80
Starting: 1 September 2026
We are looking for a lunchtime supervisor to work 7.5 hours per week, term time, Monday – Friday, within a team to make the lunchtime experience for our children positive, happy and healthy.

We are looking to appoint someone who:
who will strive to make
the lunchtime experience for our children as positive as possible by building
good relationships and responding to playground issues fairly.
who understands how to
tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding,
following the school’s Behaviour Policy.
has high expectations of
healthy eating and table manners and supports the children to develop good
eating habits.
understands our children
and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful
relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following
the school’s Code of Conduct.
who is prepared to
undertake appropriate CPD to develop their skills including First Aid training
and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training.
Is an energetic individual
who smiles often, engages with the children and models our values and ethos at
all times.
Understands the importance
of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare
- both at home and in school.
