Lead the strategic SEND provision and statutory responsibilities across the school
Oversee EHCP applications and reviews, safeguarding, and medical provision
Line-manage SEND staff and support their professional development
Work closely with external agencies to ensure the highest quality provision
Influence long-term outcomes for children with EHCPs

About You
NASENCO-qualified teacher with strong SEND experience
Passionate about child-centred, evidence-informed practice
Reflective practitioner who wants to grow as a leader
Collaborative, highly organised, and calm under pressure
Skilled at working with parents, professionals, and LSAs
