The Role

As the first point of contact for our academy, you will play a vital role in the smooth day to day running of the school. Your time will be split between welcoming visitors, managing communications and handling essential data and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: A proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, warmly and friendly with everyone from students to external services.

  • Education & Tech: Ideally four GCSE’s (Grades A - C), including Mathematics and English.  A satisfactory level of computer literacy, and proficiency in using E-mail and the Internet.

  • Development: A strong willingness to undergo further professional training

What We Offer

  • Professional Growth: We are fully committed to your professional development and actively encourage and fund opportunities for further training and qualifications.

  • An Inclusive Workplace: We value diversity and work proactively to remove workplace barriers, offering reasonable adjustments to support your unique needs from day one.

  • A Supportive Culture: Work within a collaborative team environment where you are appreciated and supported
