Lead Teacher

Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding Specialist
Resource Provision (SRP) Manager and Lead Teacher. This
is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated professional with
vision, tenacity, optimism, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to
lead and
deliver high-quality specialist provision within the school’s Specialist
Resource Provision (SRP), enabling pupils with Education, Health and
Care Plans (EHCPs) to access a personalised, inclusive and ambitious
curriculum. As a key leader, you will
ensure that pupils benefit from a blended mainstream and specialist offer,
supporting both progress and successful inclusion.
The ideal candidate will be an
exceptional leader and educator with vision, tenacity, optimism, strong
interpersonal skills and proven ability to inspire students to achieve their
very best in a progressive, dynamic and improving Academy; creating a
culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
To succeed, you will have DFE recognised Qualified Teacher Status, have relevant SEND experience (e.g. ASD, SEMH, SLCN) and have experience of teaching pupils with complex SEND needs. You must hold or be willing to work towards a SENCo qualification. We are keen to secure a high calibre leader who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
