About this Role

At Manor Community Primary School we believe great teaching changes lives.  We are looking for a teacher who brings energy, creativity and commitment — someone who wants to make a real impact in children’s lives while developing their own practice in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

Why start your next chapter with us?

  • A culture that champions you — your wellbeing, your development, your ambitions.
  • Genuine career growth — coaching, CPD, leadership pathways and cross‑Trust opportunities.
  • A powerful sense of community — collaboration isn’t a buzzword here; it’s how we thrive.
  • A place to innovate — bring your ideas, try new things, shape your classroom your way.
  • A Trust that cares — for you, your workload, and your long-term future.

Be part of something bigger. Be part of a Trust where you’ll be inspired — and inspire others.

As a teacher within our school, your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Assessing and supporting pupil progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and families

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS
  • Has high expectations for all pupils
  • inspires curiosity, confidence and joy in the classroom
  • is passionate about shaping a modern, inclusive, empowering education
  • Is reflective, motivated, and enthusiastic
  • values teamwork, thrives in a supportive Trust, and loves being part of a vibrant school community
