What is the role?

The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff to support the delivery of high-quality classroom practice, provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Who are we looking for?

·         Ideal candidates will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be adaptable to work across different areas of the school as needed.

·         A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential to effectively support teaching and learning in the classroom.

·         Previous experience working with children across the primary age range is highly desirable.

·         NVQ Level 3 is desirable although we welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates.

·         Having experience supporting children with SEND is also desirable

·         We value team players who show initiative, build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, and contribute positively to the wider school community.

·         The role requires someone who is reflective in their practice and continually looks for ways to improve outcomes for learners.
