We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Unqualified Teacher to join our expanding SEND Resource Base provision across Prince Albert Community Trust.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision, we are looking for a dedicated Unqualified Teacher to be based at Highfield Junior and Infant School, working within our SEND Resource Base.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, tailored learning for pupils with complex SEND
• Lead small group and whole-class sessions within the resource base
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs, ensuring all pupils can access learning
• Work closely with Leading Practitioners for SEND and support staff to provide a holistic approach
• Contribute to the development of a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

• Has experience working with children or young people (ideally within an educational or SEND setting)

• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Is committed to ongoing professional development
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
