The role also involves support pupils who may experience challenges with emotional regulation, helping them to feel safe, calm, and ready to learn.

We are a welcoming and inclusive school with a strong commitment to supporting all learners. We value our support staff and are dedicated to developing their expertise through a supportive working environment and access to relevant CPD. This role is suitable for both experienced Teaching Assistants and those who are enthusiastic and passionate about beginning a career in education, particularly in supporting pupils with special educational needs.
