At Nonsuch Primary School, we are looking for an ambitious, inspirational and highly skilled leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher – Standards and Achievement.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of education across our school. You will provide strategic leadership for teaching and learning, curriculum, English and assessment, working alongside an experienced leadership team to ensure every child receives an exceptional education.

As Standards and Achievement Lead, you will champion high expectations, evidence-informed practice and continuous school improvement. You will lead the development of our ambitious curriculum, drive improvements in reading and writing, oversee assessment and pupil progress, and support colleagues through coaching, professional development and instructional leadership.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for all children, believes in the power of collaboration and is committed to developing others. You will have a proven track record of securing high standards, inspiring staff and using assessment intelligently to improve teaching and learning.
