About this Role
Hours: 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday) | 7.2 hours per day | 39 weeks per year
Salary: BR5 (Point 13) £25,703 FTE - £8,807.09 actual salary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our busy school office at Unicorn Primary School. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors and pupils, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and providing excellent customer service to our school community.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A professional, positive and confidential approach.
- Previous administrative experience (school-based experience is desirable).
