About this Role
We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant / HLTA to join us here at Lydiard Millicent CofE Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our team and provide excellent care and education for our pupils.
This role will be based mainly in EYFS and comprises of 4.5 days of Teaching Assistant role and 0.5 days of HLTA role.
The successful candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for working with children, be creative, dedicated and have a positive attitude to joining a forward-thinking school.
You must be able to demonstrate that you can build excellent
relationships, want to make a difference to all children and have excellent
communication and organisational skills.
Your role will include contributing to the delivery and
monitoring of interventions for
individuals and small groups, supporting assessments and evidencing learning,
working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning
resources plus building positive relationships with the children by being an
approachable, caring and supportive role model.
