About The Role

You’ll lead learning in one of our small specialist classes, teaching children with complex needs including autism, communication differences, and sensory processing challenges.

You will:

• Design and deliver personalised learning journeys aligned with EHCP outcomes and each pupil’s unique strengths.

• Work closely with our talented teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral team to provide holistic support.

• Build trusting relationships with families and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.

• Model inclusive, trauma-informed practice and contribute to the whole-school vision for inclusion.

• Play a key part in shaping the next phase of Danecourt’s exciting growth
