Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for supporting children and families? Danecourt School is looking for an Administration Assistant to become an essential part of our team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient school environment.

Why Work with Us?
Danecourt School is a thriving special school dedicated to nurturing the potential of primary-aged children with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. As part of the Maritime Multi-Academy Trust, we work collaboratively to deliver innovative, high-quality education across our schools.

What You'll Do:
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our school, liaising with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. Your role will involve:

  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communicating clearly and calmly with children and adults, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Managing enquiries, scheduling, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

You’ll need to be approachable, highly organised, and confident in making decisions, all while keeping a sense of humour!

What We Offer You:
At Danecourt, you’ll find a supportive and inclusive working environment where your efforts are genuinely valued. Here’s what makes working with us so rewarding:

  • Supportive Team Culture: Be part of a collaborative, caring, and friendly team.
  • Professional Growth: Access ongoing training and development opportunities, including cross-trust learning experiences.
  • Excellent Benefits: Enjoy national terms and conditions, including the Local Government Pension Scheme, wellbeing initiatives, and financial support schemes like Wagestream.
  • A Special Place to Work: Take pride in contributing to a school that prioritises personalised learning and inclusive practices.

We warmly invite you to visit Danecourt School and meet our exceptional team. To arrange a visit, contact our school office – we’d love to show you what makes our school so special.
