Are you an experienced administrator with a passion
for supporting children and young people with special educational needs and
disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate
individual to join our dedicated team at Bridgeview Special School.
The right candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of
administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our SEND provision. Your
key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the administration of annual reviews, education, health, and
care plan (EHCP) meetings, and other SEND-related processes.
- Liaising with parents/carers,
external agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
and information sharing.
- Providing administrative
support for the SENCO and SENCO assistants.
- Assisting with the
organisation of SEND related events, training, and resources.
You will have:
- Experience in an
administrative or clerical role, preferably within an educational or
SEND-focused setting
- Strong interpersonal
and communication skills
- Excellent
organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using IT
and MIS systems and software
- A commitment to
promoting the inclusion and wellbeing of children and young people with
SEND
