We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join the team at Bridgeview Special School and Whitehouse PRU. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Working under the guidance of the Central Team, you will oversee the school's administrative, financial and organisational processes, including the management of financial and staffing records. You will also lead and manage the school's support services, ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively.

You will be highly organised and able to:

  • Thrive in a busy office environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Lead, support and continue to develop the office team.
  • Manage administrative systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works effectively as part of a team while using their own initiative.
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Is confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

In Return, We Offer:

  • A welcoming, supportive, and inclusive school community
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • A chance to make a real impact on students’ lives and learning
  • Access to a Local Government Pension Scheme, EAP, staff well-being support including free flu vaccinations and access to a GP service for you and your family, 24/7.
