About the role:
We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Teaching Assistant for early years to join our team. The successful apprentice will be expected to apply themselves to the apprenticeship with commitment and diligence. The apprentice will also be required to commit to the school's values and ethos. The role would include completion of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Qualification alongside LMP education.

· Is motivated to develop as an individual and complete the training to achieve the apprenticeship qualification
All
staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take
on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s
welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and,
familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as
directed by the trust/academy.
