The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Pastoral Leader to join our Pastoral Team at Heathfield Primary School. We are a growing MAT that currently consists of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane and PA High School.
The successful candidate:
• Will be self-motivated, compassionate, and have strong leadership skills.
• Will be responsible for overseeing pastoral provision and early help to pupils and families.
• Will be the lead for whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
• Must be professional and polite with a good standard of literacy and communication skills
