About
the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching
Assistant to work alongside the class teacher to help deliver stimulating and fulfilling lessons as well as working with smaller
groups of children from the class. Provide specific support to the teacher in
the care of pupils and management of the classroom. You should have an ability
to relate with children enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers
relating learning to real life whist trying to broaden experience, are all essential skills.
The successful candidate will:

a good working knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum

a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
- ·
Is
willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
- ·
Demonstrates
excellent classroom practice with high standards of teaching and learning

the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative
- ·
