About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant (additional needs)

• ·         Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum
• ·         Working closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme  of support to meet targets
• ·         To support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans, and undergoing any relevant training
• ·         Lunchtime supervision is included in this post
• ·         We welcome applications from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours or job-sharing options.
• ·         There is a possibility for progression, for those interested, in taking an additional role of assisting to manage SEND
