Teaching Assistant Additional
Needs (term-time only) Grade 4
We have two positions available
for a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs. These roles
are term-time only and may be suitable as a job-share opportunity.

About
the role:
We are seeking to appoint two teaching assistants
(additional needs)
- Support individual
children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day
basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised
curriculum
- Working
closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets
- To support the child’s personal care
and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care
Plans, and undergoing any relevant training
- Lunchtime
supervision is included in this post
- We welcome applications from
candidates seeking flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours
or job-sharing options.
- There is a possibility for
progression, for those interested, in taking an additional role of
assisting to manage SEND
