About our
School
Here at Oatlands, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, inclusive community where staff, students, and families collaborate closely to create a positive and enriching environment. Supported by active parents, governors, and a committed PTA, we offer a dynamic atmosphere that extends beyond the classroom through clubs, trips, and fundraising events.
Every child is valued, and we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Our broad and creative curriculum encourages curiosity, independence, and a lifelong passion for learning. Pupils play an active role in shaping school life through meaningful Pupil Voice opportunities.
Our school is set within spacious, attractive grounds featuring outstanding outdoor facilities, including a dedicated Arts Studio, sculpture garden, trim trail, and running track that supports initiatives such as the ‘Daily Mile.’ We have been recognised nationally for our curriculum excellence, holding awards such as the Primary Science Quality Mark, Artsmark Gold, School Games Gold, and the Healthy Schools Bronze Award.
We are
proud of our committed and professional team who work collaboratively with
parents and governors to uphold our ethos: ‘Caring About Today, Creating
Successful Tomorrows.’
