About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our school community for one term from September 2026 to December 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of education during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will be responsible for managing classrooms, supporting students with their learning, and upholding the school's high expectations of

behaviour and achievement.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Manage student behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Support students in completing work and activities set by teaching staff.
  • Ensure classrooms are left tidy and ready for the next lesson.
  • Liaise effectively with teaching staff and provide feedback on lessons covered.
