  • Differentiate and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Ideally, teach a specialist subject to GCSE level (desirable but not essential).
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs to achieve their full potential.

Candidates from primary or secondary phases are welcome to apply.

Why Join Us?
Our trustees provide strong leadership and are committed to continuous improvement, offering challenge and support in equal measure. In return, we offer access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, including:

  • Tech and cycle-to-work schemes
  • Online gym classes
  • Health and wellbeing support
  • Financial advice services
  • Fast-track counselling and physiotherapy
  • Retail discounts at supermarkets, high street shops, restaurants, and days out
