Your Role
As Deputy Head of Care, you will support the Head
of Care in the management, development and quality assurance of the residential
provision.

What We’re Looking For
✔
Experience working with children or young people with additional or specific
needs
✔
Supervisory or leadership experience within a care setting
✔
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
✔
Knowledge of National Minimum standards for Residential Special Schools

✔
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
✔
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and sleep‑in shifts
✔
Ability to lead with warmth, consistency and authority
