Contract Term: Fixed term until 31st August
2026 (extension beyond but will be subject to funding)
Hours – Part time 10.33hrs per week. 39 weeks
per annum
Expected to be: Monday &
Tuesdays 9am – 12:15pm and 1:15pm – 3:10pm
Salary - SC Grade 2 – Scale points 3 - 5, Starting Salary £5,981 per year (FTE £24,796)
Going to Grade SCP4-7 from April 26 Starting salary £6,075 (FTE £25,185)
Term Time only – 39 weeks per annum

St Rumon’s CE Infant School
is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will be able to support one of
our pupils on a 1:1 basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right
candidate to make a difference to the provision for our pupils. If you are enthusiastic
and motivated about supporting pupils to access the curriculum, raising
standards and providing stimulating learning experiences for young minds, we
want to hear from you.
Successful candidates will: -

in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
