St Margaret’s Junior School is a very successful school
located at the heart of the community within Rainham, Kent. The school has 365 children
on roll from Year 3 to Year 6. The last Ofsted inspection in 2023 graded the
school “good” and our last Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist
Schools (SIAMS) concurred by awarding the school a grading of “good” as well.
Together with three other local Church schools, we are part of the Medway
Anglican Schools Trust.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and
ambitious Phase Leader from September 2026. This is an exciting
opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into leadership. This person should have a positive attitude
who passionate and dedicated in enabling all of our children to thrive. If you

supporting and encouraging them as they strive to achieve their goals and want
