Be part of something special!

At All Saints Church of England Primary School, every child matters. We believe every child deserves the very best start to their education, and we are looking for an inspirational Reception Teacher who shares our passion for helping children belong, be safe and flourish.

As part of Medway Anglican Schools Trust (MAST), you will join a collaborative family of schools where staff are valued, supported and encouraged to grow professionally. Together, we are committed to a vision of “One Child, One Chance”—ensuring every child receives the opportunities, care and education they deserve.

At MAST, our values are simple: Belong. Be Safe. Flourish.

Together, we are creating schools where children thrive, staff are empowered, and every individual is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and creative teacher who understands the importance of the Early Years Foundation Stage and can provide an engaging, nurturing environment where children develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner, if you are committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Has high expectations and believes every child can succeed.
  • Creates stimulating, purposeful and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continually developing their practice.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the wider life of the school.
  • Shares the values and vision of Medway Anglican Schools Trust.

In return, we offer:

  • Wonderful children who are eager to learn and make you smile every day.
  • A welcoming, friendly and supportive team who genuinely care about one another.
  • A strong commitment to professional development, coaching and career progression across our Trust.
  • The opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across our family of schools.
  • The opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and their families.
