Aegir School, part of the Inspire Connected
Communities Trust, provides specialist education for pupils aged 11–19 with a
wide range of additional needs.
Although our pupils are of secondary age, most are
working at an EYFS to Key Stage 2 developmental level.
This role would suit teachers with a passion for personalised learning,
including those with primary or SEND experience.

every pupil to thrive.
About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a committed, creative and
flexible teacher to join our team. You will teach a small class of pupils with
diverse needs, delivering a highly personalised, multi-sensory curriculum.
You will work closely with a skilled team of Learning
Support Assistants to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences that
support both academic and personal development.
