This
is an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Pastoral Intervention Leader
for ReDirect. This role will lead our
dedicated responsive intervention space, our 'ReDirect room', and support students
who experience a period of disengagement in learning. Through
nurturing support and identification of barriers to participation they ensure
that students return to their lessons successfully. The role involves
leading on planning, monitoring and evaluating interventions to
ensure effective outcomes and consistent communication across teams. As a
visible presence around the school, they build strong, supportive
relationships, model the school’s values and contribute to a
calm, inclusive and aspirational environment.
