About this Role

Join Our Team at Inkersall Spencer Academy

Inkersall Spencer Academy is a vibrant two-form entry primary school with a 52-place nursery, situated in a community facing high deprivation and complex social challenges. We serve a diverse pupil population, including a significant number of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and those who are Looked After Children (LAC) or post-LAC with special guardianship arrangements. Despite these challenges, our nursery is oversubscribed and thriving, reflecting the trust families place in us. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our pupils, particularly those from split families and with low parental academic engagement, and we are committed to closing the disadvantaged gap.
