The Governors are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational
Teaching Assistant to join our Catholic primary school at Holy Name Catholic Voluntary Academy, Cookridge.
We are looking for someone who is able to motivate and inspire pupils in their
learning and behaviour in Key Stage 1 in the first instance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is warm, friendly, and empathetic
- Has excellent English, maths and communication skills
- Understands how individual children learn to ensure
rapid progress
- Is committed to high standards of attainment and
behaviour
- Works effectively as part of a skilled team including
outside agencies
- Someone who may want to develop skills necessary to
enter into initial teacher training
- Is a practising Catholic or supportive of the
Catholic ethos of the school
