We are looking for a maternity cover Receptionist to join
our team here at Hazel Leys!
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, pro-active, well
organised and resilient Receptionist to join us for on a fixed term 6 month contract.
With responsibility for managing the front of house area,
answering and directing calls and emails to the Academy and general administration
duties.
You should:
· possess excellent communication and customer service
skills,
· be resilient whilst maintaining the professional image of
the Academy at all times,
· be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise your own
workload,
· have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and
remain calm under pressure,
· be flexible in approach to your role,
· have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
Working hours 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 3pm on a Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
