You will be
a strong teacher with the capacity to deliver the highest quality SEND provision
in order to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils. We welcome applications
from mainstream teachers with a passion for Special Educational Needs and a
proven track record of supporting pupils with SEND in mainstream classrooms, as
well as those with experience in SEND settings. You will be adaptable and
resilient, with an understanding of how to contribute effectively to the
existing positive culture and ethos of our welcoming and inclusive school
community. Experience of working with children with additional needs in a
primary or Early Years setting is highly desirable. We offer
excellent opportunities for your own professional development and expect all
members of staff to aspire to go on improving practice and developing their
careers.
