As our Attendance Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely recording of student attendance. You’ll be the first point of contact for attendance-related queries and work closely with pastoral staff, parents, and external agencies to support student engagement.
Monitor daily attendance and punctuality using the school’s MIS system
Follow up on unexplained absences via phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate records and produce attendance reports for senior leadership
Liaise with parents/carers regarding attendance concerns
Support the safeguarding team with attendance-related information
Assist with administrative tasks related to student welfare and behaviour
