We are looking
for an imaginative and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our team. The ideal
candidate will bring enthusiasm and a passion for theatre, helping students
explore their potential both on and off the stage. You’ll play an essential
part in delivering engaging drama lessons, organizing performances, and
encouraging students to build confidence and teamwork through the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Plan
and deliver engaging drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
·
Inspire
creativity and self-expression while building students' confidence and
performance skills.
·
Organize
school productions and extracurricular drama activities.
·
Collaborate
with the English and Arts Departments to enrich the school's creative
offerings.
·
Assess
student progress and provide constructive feedback in line with school policy.
Requirements:
·
Qualified
Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
·
A
degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
·
Experience
teaching Drama at secondary school level (desirable but not essential).
·
Strong
classroom management and communication skills.
·
A
commitment to inclusivity and promoting a love for the performing arts.
