We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team. Working as part of our school community, you will play a key role in ensuring our buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure and welcoming for pupils, colleagues and visitors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining high standards and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a busy school environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has practical skills and experience in premises, facilities, maintenance or a similar role
  • Takes pride in their work and has a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Can work independently, prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
  • Has good communication skills and enjoys working with a wide range of people
  • Understands the importance of health and safety and maintaining a safe environment
  • Is reliable, flexible and committed to supporting the school community
