Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who need it most?
We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Student Central Provision. Here you won’t just be part of a team—you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative group of professionals who champion students with diverse needs including those with SEND, neurodiversity and Emotionally Based School Avoidance.
In this role, you’ll take a proactive lead in helping students re‑engage with learning, build confidence and develop the skills they need to thrive. If you’re motivated by working in a nurturing environment where every staff member is valued, every student matters and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, we would love to welcome you to our community.
