About this Role

Fixed Term from April 2026 to August 2027

Temple Learning Academy is a unique all-through school, serving learners from early years through to GCSE. We are on an exciting transformative improvement journey, strengthening our curriculum and raising aspirations for every learner. You will be joining us at a pivotal moment, with clear priorities, a strong sense of direction and a school and Trust leadership team fully committed to supporting colleagues as improvement accelerates.

Central to everything we do is a commitment to our community and to advancing social justice. We serve families from richly diverse backgrounds, with over 50 languages spoken across our school. While our community faces real challenges, we are driven by a deep belief in equity, inclusion and opportunity for all. Our students are resilient, ambitious and full of potential and we work tirelessly to ensure every child is seen, supported and able to thrive.

This role would suit a teacher ready to take the next step, contributing ideas, shaping practice and influencing change within a high-impact team. You will believe in the power of education to widen opportunity and be motivated by the chance to make a meaningful difference.

Why join our all-through school?

  • Voted Top 10 school nationally for senior leadership support and staff wellbeing (2024 Edurio): Including a paid wellbeing hour each term for all colleagues, providing flexible time to focus on health, family or personal priorities
  • Seamless transition: Work closely with colleagues across phases to ensure true curriculum continuity and smooth progression into KS3 and beyond
  • Stronger professional collaboration: Share expertise with secondary subject specialists and broaden your own subject knowledge
  • Career progression: Access wider leadership pathways, cross-phase projects and development opportunities that simply aren’t available in a standalone primary setting
  • Bigger professional network: Be part of a larger, forward-thinking staff body with shared ambition and support

By choosing this Red Kite Learning Trust school, you will:

  • Work closely with our Trust Directors of Education, to ensure improvement is well-supported, well-paced and focused on high-quality classroom practice
  • Have the space and support to lead initiatives, innovate confidently and grow your professional influence
  • Join a strong professional network that values shared expertise, thoughtful challenge and invests in meaningful professional development
  • Enjoy our generous benefits, discounts and rewards offer
